Therefore, Wilson Tours & Travel strongly encourages guests with disabilities to provide advance notice of their specific needs. Though Wilson Tours & Travel will do their utmost to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable journey for all, guests should be aware that certain sites and attractions may have limited or no accessibility, depending on local infrastructure and regulations. Wilson Tours & Travel reserves the sole discretion to refuse transport to or remove from the tour any passenger whom they reasonably believe:
If a passenger is removed, Wilson Tours & Travel has no liability to leave them at any city. The removed passenger will not receive a refund and will be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Wilson Tours & Travel in their removal or in enforcing this clause.
Wilson Tours & Travel offers a full refund for cancellations made at least 45 days prior to departure. However, any cancellations made after that 45-day window will result in the customer forfeiting any amounts they have already paid, with no option to transfer those funds to another tour.
When booking your travel arrangements, you'll be assigned specific seats. However, please note that these seat assignments are subject to change. The seat you originally selected may not be the one you end up with when you arrive for your trip. The airline, cruise line, or transportation provider reserves the right to modify seat assignments for various reasons, such as aircraft or vehicle changes, operational needs, or to accommodate special requests from other passengers. While every effort is made to honor your original seat selection, the final seating arrangement is at the discretion of the travel provider.
For tours departing within 30 days, full payment is due at the time of booking. Our online reservation system requires immediate payment to secure your spot.
The tour package price covers all gratuities for the motorcoach driver, tour director, hotel baggage handling, and any meals included in the tour, unless otherwise noted. However, gratuities for other individuals, as outlined below, are not included in the tour cost. You may choose to provide additional personal gratuities at your discretion, following standard industry guidelines.
• Local Guide – $2-$3 per person for a half-day sightseeing tour, $3-$5 for a full-day sightseeing tour
• Housekeeping Service at Hotel – $2-$3 per room, per overnight (if daily service is available)
Meals are included as specified on the tour itinerary. Continental breakfasts are considered included meals. The meal abbreviations are: B - Breakfast, L - Lunch, BL - Boxed Lunch, and D - Dinner.
Smoking of any kind, including electronic devices, is strictly prohibited on the coaches in compliance with federal law.
Wilson Tours & Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure due to insufficient demand or unforeseeable circumstances. If a tour is canceled prior to departure, the company's only obligation will be to refund the amount received for the reservation. While Wilson Tours will attempt to rebook the same vacation with a different departure date or offer a similar alternative, availability is not guaranteed.
Our tour prices are based on the latest market quotations. Our experienced team actively seeks the most cost-effective options when designing each tour. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices if we incur increases in fuel, vendor fees, or other expenses.
Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, knives, mace, and brass knuckles, are strictly prohibited on all of our trips.
Wilson Tours & Travel acts solely as an agent for passengers and assumes no responsibility for any delays, cancellations, inconveniences, losses, damages, or injuries to persons or property that result from mechanical issues, acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable circumstances. The company reserves the right to make changes to itineraries with or without prior notice.

If you notice an error, please report it to us, and we will correct it immediately. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographic, or technical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase that is later cancelled due to an error, we will promptly issue a credit to your account for the incorrect price.
